Why is there a shade/ pattern placement difference?
Since all our products are handmade and hand cut, the layering of the patterns might be slightly different from the images shared on the website. This further makes all our products unique yet similar to each other.
Images uploaded on the website are the closest match of the actual color of the product and a slight difference can be noticed between the product image and the actual product due to the different resolution of your device and camera used by us.

How to receive a refund of a cancelled paid order?

Our team will initiate a refund which can take upto 7 working days to reflect in your source account.
Till when can I initiate a return/ exchange request?
Every order placed on our website is eligible for return/ exchange only within 15 days of delivery. Since our products are handmade, and require certain care, if you have used the product which has stains or beyond repair we will not be able to accept your return or exchange request.
What orders are eligible for REFUND?
All PRE-PAID orders which are returned to our warehouse within 15 days of delivery are eligible for refund at the source account.
All COD orders are NOT eligible for any refund. They can only be substituted with another product of equivalent value or a coupon code will be provided to you upon successful delivery of your returned items.
How much time does it take to process a refund/ exchange?
It can take upto 7 working days for us to confirm and initiate a refund/ exchange for your order upon receiving the product back at our warehouse.
