Refund policy

We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience. 

All our products are handcrafted with love by our artisans, to ensure our customers get the best style and utility.

We also ensure we provide pictures of the products across multiple angles and often with some common objects kept inside it to give you the best idea of the size and dimensions of the product

We also give you a magnified view of the fabric and leather to ensure you get a good feel of the final product

Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched via our courier partners

All this is done to empower you to make the most educated decision before making your purchase. Once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer in many cases and hence we only support limited returns or cancellation requests.

However, if you still have any concerns or questions regarding the product you have received, kindly send images of the unused product from all sides to us at atrihandmadebag@gmail.com within 5 days from the date of receiving the package. Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with the next steps. Please ensure the product is in good condition with intact packaging. 

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy with no questions asked. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.

Please Note:

We cannot arrange a return pickup unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.
Products purchased during ANY SALE are NON-REFUNDABLE. They can only be exchanged or converted into store credit of the amount paid.
• Return courier charges must be borne by the customer. In case of refunds, only the product value will be refunded (shipping charges are non-refundable).
• For exchanges, store credit will be issued once we receive the product back at our studio. Only the product value will be credited (excluding shipping, if applicable). This may take up to 7 working days after receiving the product.
• Please allow up to 10 working days from the return date for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
Refunds / Bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid/online orders.
COD orders are eligible only for store credit, valid for 30 days from issuance. No refunds will be issued for COD orders.
• Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. Used, damaged, or tampered products will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• We do not operate on Sundays or National Holidays.
We do not assist with order-related issues via Instagram DM or Facebook messages. Please contact us only through WhatsApp or email.
• Kindly keep all communication strictly via WhatsApp or email for order-related queries.
• Order cancellations are only possible until the order is dispatched.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Atri reserves the right to cancel any order under unforeseen circumstances. Any cancellation or applicable refund will be communicated in a reasonable time.


SALE TERMS:

• No returns or exchanges during sale periods
• No refunds will be processed
• Use the coupon code if applicable
• Limited stock available
• Offers cannot be combined with any other discount
• Products already marked down are not part of the sale

Defect or Wrong Product Delivered:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at atrihandmadebag@gmail.com with images of the item and order number within 2 days of receiving your package. Our team will review your case and get back to you with the next steps if it qualifies for a replacement.

Please note that we do not offer returns in this situation. The delivery timeline for your replacement product will depend on your shipping location.

Late or Missing Refunds (due to payment failure, if applicable)

These typically happen due to an issue between your bank and the payment partner on our website. However, almost always, the transactions are rightfully fixed, without any intervention required. This entire process is known to take 7-8 working days. 

If you haven’t received a refund post this time frame, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Change of Mind Returns (Size/Color/Design):
In cases where the product is delivered without any defect and the customer wishes to return it solely due to size, color or design preference, the following terms shall apply:

  1. Refunds will be provided exclusively in the form of store credit, valid for a period of 8 months from the date of issuance.

  2. The store credit may be redeemed against the purchase of any product available at the time of redemption.

  3. Where the value of the replacement product exceeds the value of the returned product, the customer shall be required to pay the difference in price.
