Shipping policy

As per the Indian government guidelines, we ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. We generally dispatch all our orders within 48 hours of receipt. All purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow us 5-7 days from receipt of your order for delivery. For any queries reach out to us on atrihandmadebag@gmail.com Shipping is free for all products in India.

Atri shall not be responsible for delivery taken by an alternative person.

All claims for damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with an unboxing video via email at atrihandmadebag@gmail.com. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.

CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER SHIPMENT

Please check your shipping address carefully if you find it incorrect please inform us instantly via email before your order is dispatched. Once your order is out for dispatch we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order.

SHIPMENT EMAIL

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email which will contain the tracking no and carrier service provider. You can check your order status by sign-in on the site as well.

We do not ship orders on Sundays or Indian holidays. While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frame, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
